Visual/Interaction/Motion Graphics Designer

We’re looking to hire a full-time, remote Visual/Interaction/Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. For this role, you will be responsible for creating an overall seamless user experience for assigned projects and designing fully responsive visuals from start to finish. You’ll have the opportunity to choose your hours and work and learn with a team of world-class designers, through a commitment to team collaboration, communication, and product quality.

About the Role
This position mainly requires bringing to life website designs through interaction and animating mockups that are very easy to understand and highlights our work. It’s key that the designer has capability enough to go through the entire design process, showing rough sketches, getting approval on elements, beats, timing, style frames, and so on before creating the final animation.

Responsibilities:
Design animated mockups of the website design
Explain visually interactions within the website
Edit occasional video content and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
Work with developers and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc.
Create and deliver motion graphics for various media
Collaborate with creative directors and other colleagues to best support larger media goals
Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries
A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft

Requirements:
Design software expertise with Adobe After Effects and Figma
Highly skilled in motion graphics

Nice to haves:
Web Animation: CSS / GSAP / etc.
C4D Experience
Cel/Frame-by-Frame Animation
