Technology Expert

We are looking for an enthusiast Technology Expert to accelerate our implementation roadmap

The Position

The Technology Specialist is responsible for driving and accelerating digital transformation across all company departments and maximizing technology efficiency at all levels. The Technology Specialist is continuously looking for ways in which innovation can help the organization achieve its goals.

Functions

Understand and assess internal needs
Implement, research and deploy new technologies as needed
Streamline current use of systems
Optimize localization workflows and improve understanding of CAT, QA, and other area tools
Support all departments in their use of technologies and acts as liaison with our external IT support team
Set up secure team accesses and collaborate in the implementation of ISO 27100 standards
Supervise compliance with information security policies
Train the team in all relevant areas

What will you need to be successful in this role?

Formal Education

Student or graduated in systems, engineering, programming, IT or related fields.

Skills

Excellent English and Spanish oral and written communication skills
Curious nature to find new ways of doing things
Resourcefulness
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
High energy level and highly motivated
Excellent customer service and communications skills

Background

Previous experience in the same role in the industry is not necessary but is highly desired
