Are you a driven, high-achieving sales professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering value?

Your Responsibilities:
Cultivate and manage relationships with a portfolio of existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand service offerings and drive client success.
Proactively develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads and expand our client base within the region.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and tailor compelling consulting solutions that address their specific requirements.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
Negotiate and close complex consulting engagements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in Human Capital, Process Innovation, Financial Advisory, and Outsourcing.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the firm.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport with senior-level executives and influence decision-making.
A natural sales aptitude with a "tiger" mentality – driven, tenacious, and results-oriented.
Highly organized, disciplined, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Impeccable professional appearance and demeanor.
Willingness to travel as needed within the region.

Compensation and Benefits:
This is a 100% commission-based role offering substantial earning potential.
