-You have +5 years of experience in Meta Ads Manager.
-You are proficient in optimization of Meta Ads campaigns, bidding strategies in Meta Ads, Paid media KPIs analysis, and A/B testing.
-Spanish - Fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Paid Media Manager with a strong specialization in the strategic management and execution of advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, optimizing, and analyzing paid media campaigns with the primary goal of achieving the KPIs defined by the company or our clients, maximizing the return on investment (ROI).
This role requires a deep understanding of the Meta Ads platform, including its different ad formats, advanced targeting options, bidding strategies, and attribution models.
Main Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies specifically for Meta Ads, aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
-Set up and manage advertising campaigns in the Meta Ads Manager, including the creation of ad sets, definition of audiences (remarketing, custom audiences, similar audiences), selection of placements, and configuration of budgets and bids.
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify segmentation and optimization opportunities within the Meta platform.
-Closely collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad concepts, persuasive copy, and high-performing images/videos adapted to the different Meta Ads formats.
-Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, making real-time adjustments based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.
-Implement and manage A/B tests to identify the most effective targeting strategies, creatives, and calls to action.
-Track the budget allocated to Meta Ads campaigns in detail, ensuring its efficient use and the achievement of objectives within the established limits.
-Generate regular and clear reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the team and/or clients.
-Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) to complement the analysis of Meta Ads data and obtain a comprehensive view of the conversion funnel.
-Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, features, and changes in the Meta Ads platform and the general overview of digital marketing.
Identify and implement new growth and optimization opportunities within Meta Ads.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience of 5 years managing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus and demonstrated experience in Meta Ads.
-Experience in optimizing campaigns for various objectives, such as lead generation, sales, web traffic, brand recognition, etc.
-Deep knowledge of the Meta Ads Manager and all its functionalities.
-Experience working with the Meta Pixel and the configuration of conversion events.
-Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.
-Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
-Demonstrated ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present results and insights clearly and concisely.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
